Shipping Policy

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. During high-volume seasons, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Ready-to-ship wigs and products will ship after processing. Custom units or special requests may require additional time.

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on destination and order type).
• Tracking: Emailed once your order ships.
• Delays: Not responsible for carrier/weather/holiday delays.
• Address accuracy: Customer is responsible for correct shipping details.
• Returned packages: Reshipment fees apply if returned due to address/pickup issues.
• Delivered claims: Once marked delivered, customer must file claims with carrier.

Wig & Hair Extension Policy

All hair sold is exactly what is photographed or described. Review texture, length, lace type, and color before checkout.

• All sales on hair, wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals are FINAL.
• For hygiene/safety, hair cannot be returned or exchanged once it leaves our premises.
• Color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings (not a defect).
• Custom units/custom services cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
• We are not responsible for damage from bleaching, coloring, heat, or improper care.

Hair Included Installs: You must book your appointment and pay the required deposit. The remaining balance is due in cash before service begins.

Store Terms & Conditions

• Order accuracy: Customer must verify cart, address, email, and phone before checkout.
• Processing time: Processing is separate from shipping (express shipping does not shorten processing).
• Payment authorization: Orders must be placed with an authorized payment method.
• Chargebacks: Disputes after delivery may result in a ban and possible action.
• Order changes: Changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
• Right to refuse service: We may refuse service for abuse or fraud.

Refund Policy – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals
• Custom-made or customized units
• Beauty products, adhesives, accessories, and styling items
• Digital products (vendor lists, ebooks, classes, guides)

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Privacy Policy

• Information collected: name, address, email, phone, and payment details.
• Use: order processing, fraud prevention, and communication (if opted in).
• Security: payments are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
• Sharing: we do not sell personal info; limited sharing may occur with carriers/processors.
